VexaStream

About VexaStream

VexaStream is a US-focused internet TV (IPTV) subscription service with transparent USD pricing, multi-device apps, and step-by-step setup guides.

Why we built this

Streaming has become a stack of separate apps, each with its own bill and its own remote-control quirks. VexaStream exists for households that want one internet television subscription that behaves predictably: a set of credentials, a player app on the hardware they already own, and clear documentation for making it work.

We are a small US-focused operation. That shapes how we work — we cannot compete on volume, so we compete on being straightforward. Plans and prices are on one page. Requirements are stated before checkout instead of buried in a support article. Marketing does not claim numbers we cannot verify.

How we operate

Four commitments that decide what goes on the site and what does not.

  • Transparent pricing

Three plans, all in US dollars, with the per-month equivalent shown next to each one. No introductory rate that quietly doubles, and no charge taken before we tell you the amount and the date.

  • Claims we can stand behind

We describe device compatibility, concurrent streams and bandwidth requirements precisely, including the cases where our service is a poor fit. Where a platform is limited, our own guide says so.

  • Support that writes things down

Support is handled in email so each step is repeatable and you can come back to it later. The same steps become public guides once enough people ask.

  • Documentation before purchase

Every setup guide, requirement and policy is readable before checkout. If your television or connection will not work well, we would rather you knew that first.
