From the Roku home screen open Streaming Channels and search for an IPTV player that supports M3U or Xtream Codes. If nothing suitable appears for your region, move to step four.
Add the channel to your account. It appears on the Roku home screen within a minute or two; if it does not, restart the device from Settings, System, System Restart.
Most Roku players ask you to add the playlist through a web portal on your phone, then link it to the device with a short code shown on the TV.

Limit the player to the categories you actually watch. Roku hardware has less memory than comparable Android devices.
Restart the stream, then the device. If it persists on one channel only, it is that source rather than your Roku.
