Press Home on the remote, choose the LG Content Store, and search for an IPTV player supporting M3U or Xtream Codes.
Launch the app once. Most webOS players display a MAC address or device key used to link a playlist through the developer's web portal.
On a phone or computer, open the developer's portal, enter the device key, and add your VexaStream server URL, username and password from the welcome email.
Restart the player on the TV. Channel categories and program guide data will download on first launch.

Confirm the TV is signed in to an LG account and set to the United States region. Older webOS versions have much smaller catalogs.
Fully close the app using the Home menu rather than leaving it suspended, then reopen so it fetches the updated playlist.
Test the same channel on another device. If both stutter, the bottleneck is your internet connection rather than the TV.
Switch audio output from Pass Through to PCM. A few streams use audio codecs an external receiver cannot decode directly.
