Terms of Service

The service

VexaStream sells subscriptions that give you credentials for use in a compatible media player application on devices you own. We provide the credentials, the streaming infrastructure and written setup support. We do not supply hardware, internet access or third-party player applications.

Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. Tell us immediately if you believe your credentials have been shared or stolen so we can reissue them.

Acceptable use

Your subscription is for private, household viewing on the number of concurrent streams included in your plan.

• Do not resell, sublicense, rent or redistribute access, in whole or in part.
• Do not use the service for public performance, in commercial premises or for any broadcast or rebroadcast.
• Do not record, capture, copy or make derivative works from the streams.
• Do not attempt to probe, overload or circumvent any technical limit or security control.

Billing, renewals and price changes

Prices are shown in US dollars and are charged in advance for the full term of the plan you select. Where a plan renews automatically, we tell you the renewal date and price before the charge is taken, and you can cancel renewal at any time before that date from your account or by emailing support.

If a price changes, the new price applies from your next term, never mid-term.

Refunds

Refund eligibility is set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: contact us within the stated window, let us run the basic technical checks with you, and we will refund where the service could not be made to work.

Service availability

We work to keep the service available continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free delivery. Planned maintenance is scheduled outside peak US viewing hours wherever possible. Channel line-ups, categories and features may change over time.

Playback quality depends heavily on your own connection, home network and device. We publish minimum bandwidth guidance and troubleshooting steps, and we will help you work through them.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, is used fraudulently, or is subject to a chargeback. Where the breach is unintentional and fixable we will contact you first. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and does not by itself create a refund entitlement.

Intellectual property

The VexaStream name, site content, guides and articles belong to us and may not be copied for commercial use without permission. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of any content delivered through the service.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the current subscription term. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost viewing time or the cost of alternative services.

Changes, governing law and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top of the page shows the current version, and material changes are emailed to active subscribers. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which VexaStream is established. Questions can be sent to support@vexastream.com.
